HOOPER — Tri County Northeast’s cross country teams got off the starting line Thursday morning with the Logan View Invitational.
In girls action, returning state qualifier Alejandra Hermosillo had a top 10 finish, placing eighth in a time of 22:58.17, followed by teammate Rachel Bousquet in 12th place at 23:39.31.
Also running for the Lady Wolfpack, who finished eighth in the 13-team race, were Hailey Millard (50th, 26:46.46) and Chloe Peters (58th, 28:03.38).
In boys competition, the Wolfpack finished 11th out of 14 teams and were led by Jude Ridenour, who just missed a medal with a 16th place time of 19:23.12. Alex Snyder was 21st in. 19:53.07).
Also competing were Tucker Anderson (75th, 22:24.33), Logan Kraemer (87th, 23:06.47) and Matthew Bousquet (119th, 26:01.04).
